- Payment authorization: Orders begin processing after successful payment authorization on business days only.
- Handling time: Our standard handling time is 1-1 business days.
- Dispatch: Once picked and packed, your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- Tracking: A tracking number is sent to your email after dispatch. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to register the first scan.
- Transit: Typical delivery timing is 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Destination availability
We ship to the locations presented at checkout. If your address cannot be serviced by our carrier network:
- We will contact you to request an alternate deliverable address, or
- We will cancel the order and issue a refund for the items and the shipping fee.
Split shipments and multiple items
To keep your wardrobe moving, items may dispatch separately.
- Split shipments can occur when items are ready at different times.
- Each parcel will have its own tracking number, sent by email as it leaves our facility.

We keep you informed from handoff to delivery.
- Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
- Carriers may take 24–48 hours to register the first scan; visibility can be limited before that first scan.

Lost or damaged packages
