Your cancellation window
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. Requests made after this window are subject to processing status and cannot be guaranteed.
What happens once processing begins
Orders move into processing quickly, typically within our standard handling time of 1-1 business days. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. If it has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You may consider returning the item after delivery in line with our standard return guidelines.

How to request a cancellation

- Watch for our confirmation email. If the order is already processing or shipped, we will let you know your options.
Refund method and timing
- Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method in USD.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- Taxes are refunded as originally charged at checkout.
Shipping address responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address before completing payment. Address corrections may not be possible once processing begins, and we cannot reroute packages after shipment.
