Condition checklist
To keep quality consistent for all customers, returned items must arrive in ready-to-reshelve condition.
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags securely attached
- In original packaging where possible
- No odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
What we cannot accept
- Items that are used, worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing original tags or safety liners where applicable
- Items with excessive creasing, deodorant or makeup transfer, or fragrance
- Minor cosmetic variations from screen-to-screen color differences
Photo proof requirements
For quality issues or mis-shipments, please include clear, well-lit images so our team can verify quickly.
- Close-up of the issue or defect
- Image of the size or product tag
- Full front and back photos of the item
- Outer packaging if damaged in transit
How to start a return or exchange
Send a request within 30 days of delivery so we can authorize and track the item properly.

- Tell us the reason for the return and your preferred resolution (refund, exchange, or replacement).
- Attach the required photos (issue close-up, size tag, full front/back, and packaging if damaged).

Exchanges
If you prefer a different size or color, request an exchange in your email. We can confirm availability during authorization. If the requested item is unavailable, we will proceed with a refund for the returned item once received and inspected.
