Respect for creativity guides every step at Thebowmenproshop, and that includes how we handle copyright concerns.

Our approach to intellectual property

Thebowmenproshop respects the rights of creators and rights holders. We review valid Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material where appropriate. We also notify the affected party and provide an opportunity to submit a counter-notification when applicable.

Filing a notice

If you believe content available through our services infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with the URL or other specific location information sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
4. The complaining party’s contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or access was disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled (such as the exact URL).
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address (or any district in which Thebowmenproshop may be found if your address is outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or that person’s agent.

Repeat infringer policy

We take repeat infringement seriously. When we receive multiple valid notices regarding a user or account, we may, in our discretion, escalate our response, which can include warnings, removal of content, temporary suspensions, and termination of access to our services. We also reserve the right to remove content without prior notice when legally required or when circumstances warrant prompt action.
