All orders are prepared, verified, and packaged carefully before shipping. Processing time refers to the period between when an order is placed and when the package is handed over to the carrier.

Standard Processing Time

  • 1 business days for all t-shirts and baby tees.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-volume seasons (Black Friday, holidays, new product launches), processing time may extend by 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories

We do not offer Military addresses (APO/FPO) and international shipping at this time.


3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Timelines & Costs

Once your package is transferred to the carrier, the delivery timeline begins. All shipments come with tracking information sent to your email.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Remote locations may take additional days.
  • Severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, and holiday volume may affect arrival time.


4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your item has shipped, you will receive:

  • A Shipping Confirmation Email
  • A Tracking Number
  • A direct tracking link to monitor delivery progress

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after the label is created.


5. Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing apartment or building numbers
  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information

If an order has not been shipped yet, we will attempt to correct your address. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We work closely with carriers to ensure reliable delivery; however, the following may occur:

Lost Packages

If your package shows "Delivered" but is not received:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the address provided
  • Allow 24–48 hours for potential carrier updates

Delayed Packages

Carrier delays (weather, routing, volume) are outside our control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Stolen Packages

We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery. Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

To ensure fast processing, orders cannot be changed or canceled once they enter fulfillment.

However, you may request:

  • Address correction (if order not shipped)
  • Size or item change (subject to stock and processing stage)

8. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Shipping will occur once the item becomes available.
  • Estimated restock or release dates will be displayed on the product page.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you with the following options:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Full refund


9. Multiple Items in One Order

To ensure timely delivery:

  • Items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location.
  • Shipping costs will not increase if multiple packages are used.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


10. Packaging & Sustainability

At Thebowmenproshop, we prioritize packaging designed to protect garments while minimizing environmental impact. Our t-shirts and baby tees are shipped in:

  • Recyclable poly mailers
  • Moisture-resistant packaging
  • Minimal branding for discretion


11. Delivery Issues & Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed delivery
  • Failure to collect from carrier location

We will notify you via email. The customer is responsible for:

  • Reshipping fee (no fee)
  • Providing an updated and accurate address

Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds unless they are returned in unused condition.


12. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since we only ship within the United States, no international duties apply. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on local state regulations.
