1. Cancellation Requests

  • Customers may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order.
  • Requests must be sent to support@thebowmenproshop.com with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for cancellation

  • All cancellations are confirmed via email.
  • Refunds for canceled orders are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.


2. Change Requests (Address, Size, or Quantity)

  • Requests for changes must also be sent within 12 hours of order placement.
  • Changes may include:
    • Shipping address
    • Quantity adjustment
    • Product size or variant

  • Once the order is processed or packed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Once the order is shipped, changes are not possible; customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy for exchanges or returns.


3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change

  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Requested cancellation or change
    • Reason (optional but helpful)
  3. Our support team will confirm via email within 24 hours.


4. Refunds for Cancellations

  • Full refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: within 14 days of approval.
  • No fees apply for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.


5. Important Notes

  • Requests received after 12 hours from order placement cannot be guaranteed.
  • If the order has shipped, customers must use the Return & Refund Policy to return items.
  • All policies are designed to ensure fairness and transparency.
